Shipping Policy: We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground only. Our online shipping prices are for deliveries in the continental USA only. If you choose to use any other method of shipping, you need your order expedited or you want your order shipped outside the continental USA please contact us for charges and instructions. We usually ship within 3 business days of clearing of funds when possible, but please allow up to 10 days.
Receiving Your Order: We inspect every item before shipping for damages. All items are insured by FedEx once they leave our warehouse.
Please follow these guidelines when you receive your order. Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. In the event your package arrives damaged please contact the carrier to inspect the package for a full refund/replacement. If you are unable to contact them, we will contact them for you. All packaging MUST be retained until problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, bags, cushioning materials, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the merchandise. Broken items will be replaced as long as above policy was followed.
Return Policy: All items - not marked "Final Sale" - will be accepted for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling charges) within 7 days of receiving merchandise. The item must be new unused. You must have the original box, all packing material. A return authorization # is required. All merchandise returned without an RA will be refused.
