I have to comment this company on excellent customer service. I ordered this dispenser and the incorrect one was delivered. I called to inform them and they sent the correct one out the following day. The customer service was very apologetic and told me to keep the original one I received. That is great customer service and I would recommend this product and company to anyone. The server is beautiful and is very sturdy. I look forward to using it on many occasions.

I ordered this dispenser thinking it would high quality but was disappointed with the brown plastic dispenser spout. I expected a metal spout. Not the greatest quality for the price
