Shipping Policy:  We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground only for continental USA. Orders shipping outside the USA we ship via USPS. We ship within 1 business day on Monday - Friday, If you need an order expedited either select express shipping on the site or call us in at 718-534-0690 and we will be happy to assist you. We stock the vast majority of our items at our warehouse in Newark, NJ.

International Shipping:  We ship internationally.

Receiving Your Order:  We inspect every item before shipping for damages. All items are insured by FedEx once they leave our warehouse.

Please follow these guidelines when you receive your order. Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. In the event your package arrives damaged please contact the carrier to inspect the package for a full refund/replacement. If you are unable to contact them, we will contact them for you. All packaging MUST be retained until problem has been resolved.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, bags, cushioning materials, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the merchandise. Broken items will be replaced as long as above policy was followed.

Return Policy:  All items - not marked "Final Sale" - will be accepted for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling charges) within 30 days of receiving merchandise. The item must be new unused. You must have the original box, all packing material. A return authorization # is required. All merchandise returned without an RA will be refused.
